After spending years in Baking and Pastry, Alicia Gray sought out to develop a delicious treat that could be enjoyed daily while still expressing creative flavor combinations found in desserts. After several rounds of recipe testing she created a vegan granola free of processed sugars, preservatives, or artificial flavors. She continues to experiment in the kitchen working on simple, good snacks that can be guiltlessly indulged in every day.
She has unique and surprising granola blends created in collaboration with small, independent brands.
